BeaverERP

Terms of service

Effective November 3, 2026 (first published September 5, 2026). This is an English translation of the Korean terms; where they differ, the Korean text governs.

These terms apply when a customer company (“you”) uses the custom ERP subscription service “BeaverERP” (the “service”) provided by Dodannylab (“we”). If a separate contract is signed, the contract comes first.

1. The service

  • We build an ERP fitted to your work, run it on a server kept separately for you, and change and add features according to requests made in the chat inside the ERP or in a Slack channel.
  • Server, database, backups, security patches and outage response are part of the service.
  • The scope and order of requests are agreed with you in the chat or Slack. Integrations with other systems, connections to your own systems and custom development belong to the Beaver PLUS plan; their scope is agreed between us and written into the contract. The fee is the fixed amount set for the plan.

2. Fees and payment

  • The fee follows the plan — Beaver plan ₩500,000 (about $360) a month, Beaver PLUS plan ₩1,000,000 (about $720) a month. Charges are made in Korean won and your bank converts them. Both plans are fixed monthly fees; any change is notified and agreed in advance. Taxes are not included where they apply.
  • New contracts start with the Beaver plan. Beaver PLUS is requested by you, agreed between us in scope, and applies from the next billing date after agreement. The same applies when moving down.
  • The first 14 days from sign-up are not billed (Beaver plan). When you start paying, the first month is charged that day, and after that the registered card is charged automatically every month on the same date. In a month without that date (the 31st, for example) the charge is on the last day of the month.
  • On request, payment can be made by bank transfer against an invoice instead of a card. In that case payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • If a charge fails we retry once a day, up to three times. If it still fails we let you know and sort it out together. Two consecutive unpaid months may lead to the service being paused.
  • Fee changes are announced at least two months in advance and never apply to a month already in progress.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time through “Cancel subscription” in the customer portal, in the chat, or by email. There is no penalty. After cancelling you can use the service to the end of the month you paid for, and you can restart at any time before then.
  • Tell us before the next billing date and the service ends with that month.
  • Leaving within 14 days of sign-up means nothing is billed.
  • If you haven’t paid when the 14 days end, we lock the trial ERP. While it is locked you can only pay, download your data, delete what you built, close your account, or talk to Beaver in the portal.
  • We delete a locked trial ERP 7 days after it locks, and email you every day until then with the days left. Your account stays, so if you pay you can start a new ERP with the basic menus.
  • If a payment fails we email you. If the overdue invoice is not paid within 14 days of the first failure, we lock the ERP. It opens again the moment you pay. An ERP you have paid for is never deleted for being locked.
  • The free trial is once per person. If you sign up again with a Google account that closed its account, you start locked with no trial, and paying opens it.
  • You close your account with “Close my account” under the Subscription tab of the customer portal. During the trial we ask for your consent and delete the account and everything you built on the spot. While you are paying, you download your data (a CSV per screen) with “Download my data”, delete the ERP you built, and then the closure is scheduled. You can still sign in until the last day of the paid period; on that day we delete the account and email you. You can undo the schedule before then.
  • The service period is one month, from the day of payment to the day before the next billing date, continued by the charge on the same date each month. For example, pay on October 15 and the service runs through November 14, with the next charge on November 15.
  • Refunds: if you make no requests in the first 7 days after payment, that month’s fee is refunded in full. Otherwise, fees for months already paid are not refunded. Days the service is down through our fault are refunded pro rata. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 3 business days of the request.
  • If we stop providing the service, we give at least three months’ notice and return your data first.

4. Data

  • Business data entered into the service is yours. We access it only to run the service.
  • Within 30 days of cancellation we return your data as tables (CSV) and a database dump. After that the server and backups are deleted.
  • Backups run daily; if data is lost through our fault, we restore to the last backup.

5. Rights to what is built

  • The rights to the software built for the service (screens, code, design) belong to us. You have the right to use it for the duration of your subscription.
  • Your data and business rules are yours, and we do not use them for other customers.
  • If you want to keep using the software after cancelling, the scope and price are agreed separately.

6. Liability

  • We run the service in good faith but do not guarantee it will never fail. If it does, we let you know in the chat and Slack and restore it.
  • If you suffer loss through our fault, our liability is limited to the fee for the month in which the loss occurred. Loss caused intentionally by us is excluded from this limit.
  • You do not enter data that breaks the law into the service, and you do not hand your account to anyone else.

7. Other

  • These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises we talk first; if that fails, the court with jurisdiction over Dodannylab’s registered address decides.
  • Changes to these terms are posted in the portal and on this page at least one month in advance.
